What Really Works Online

You read books and ebooks and listen to audio interviews and watch videos on your computer all day long. You attend webinars and conferences. And still you have not been able to get a business going online.

You're stuck and you don't know why.

Most of the information you need to successfully start an online business is available, so why do most people still fail?

Everything you need to make money online is available to you. That's part of the problem. There is so much information available that it's hard to know who to trust or what to believe. How do you know if a particular course of action will pay off? What if you just end up wasting your time without getting any closer to your goals?

You are right to be cautious. But there is also a saying that goes something like this: The best thing you can do is the right thing. The second best thing you can do is the wrong thing. But the worst thing you can do is NOTHING. Sometimes it is best to take action even when you are not sure it's the right move to make. As Bob Jenkins says, "Take Action, Revise Later."

Taking action toward what you want will always win...even if you start wrong, it's better than sitting still. As you do, you may need to make some changes. You learn from your mistakes. But the important thing is YOU KEEP ON MOVING.

So are you ready and prepared to take action?

There is lots of good information available. There is also some pretty bad advice! And that leaves people confused about what to do and who to trust. In fact there is some much information available it's absolutely dizzying!

There are hundreds of Internet marketers selling 'how to' courses and programs. Each one teaches you 'how' they did it. I would hate to tell you how much money I have spent on these programs trying to find the answers! Let's just say lots and leave it at that! And every day my inbox is flooded with new offers. I bet yours is too. An endless stream of infoproducts, workshops, webinars that promise to answer all of our questions.

What really works online? The answer is this. There is no secret formula. No magic trick. No one tip that will bring instant success. It's a combination of things: knowledge, action, persistence. Knowledge I can give you. Action and persistence has to come from you.

Who should you trust? What should you believe? Let me help you today by giving you a list of the people whose advice I trust and who I go to for guidance. Look them up online. Subscribe to their newsletters. Follow them on Twitter and Facebook. If you can afford it - and I mean ONLY if you can afford it without taking money from necessities - buy their products. But the people I am recommending are generous enough to share much of what they know for free.

Your assignment this week: Connect with some of the people I have listed here. Tell them I recommended them to you. And then start watching and learning. Listen to their advice. Model their actions. Do what they do. If it doesn't work exactly, revise it to fit your particular situation and try again. And never, ever quit!

Thanks for reading. Talk to you soon! Please let me know if you found this issue helpful.
